Building Engineers

In the event the scope of work includes connections to the building’s main electric, domestic water, condenser water, waste lines, fire/life safety system, a Building Engineer will need to be on site. Some of these connections (as specified by Management) are required to be performed after normal business hours.

The overtime hourly wage for a building engineer is currently $75 per hour. There is a minimum fee of four (4) hours if an engineer is off-site and is called in to respond to a call related to any construction issues. The contractor or tenant will be invoiced separately.
