Insurance Requirements

The Tenant’s Contractor is required to provide evident of insurance coverage, as defined in the Tenant’s lease agreement, prior to commencing any work at the property.  Please refer to Exhibit C for a sample Certificate of Insurance outlining the amounts and the additional insured.  All policies shall provide 30 days’ prior written notification of non-renewal or cancellation.
